We ship to EVERY country in the world for FREE - this is your benefit of shopping at Vitality Jewellery It doesn't matter how much the order is, it will be free.
If there is a problem with shipping to your country, you will be informed and refunded within 1 business day.
PROCESSING TIME. Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are send to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 3-5 business days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification letter with the tracking code to your email box.
Also, a daily, tracking/shipping update will be sent to you via Facebook Messenger or your e-mail adress so you can see exactly where your delivery is at any moment!
SHIPPING TIME. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
US orders are shipped by e-Packet, whick is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 25 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Take note, that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.

Australia 13-20 days
Canada 16-26 days
United Kingdom 20-40 days
International delivery takes about 15-40 business days.
